We are currently seeking to hire a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team as a remote Executive Recruiter

This position entails generating recruiting leads for our major Wall Street clients, via cold calling. 

The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, outgoing, and eager to join our dynamic team environment. This position is for the money-motivated, high-activity salesperson.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate prospects and set appointments via cold calling provided leads.
• Meet established quotas 
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients and close effectively over the phone
