Corporate Attorney (M&A) – New York, NY

We are working with an international law firm that has been serving clients in the global financial services, investment management and corporate sectors for over 225 years. They are currently seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney for the New York office. Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of experience working on complex M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience working on complex M&A transactions and corporate governance matters, preferably in a law firm environment.
• JD Degree is required, and candidate must be barred in New York.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and written communication skills.

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
