Health Care Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles or Orange County

We are working with a top-ranking law firm that is currently seeking a Health Care Litigation Attorney to support the Orange County and/or Los Angeles office’s Health Care Practice Group. The group focuses primarily on health care reimbursement, business to business, and government investigations. The firm’s Health Care practice specializes in representing hospitals and health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic facilities, medical device companies, academic medical centers, federally qualified health centers, provider-based health plans, ancillary providers, accountable care organizations, retail health clinics, and physicians, medical groups and IPAs. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of strong complex business litigation experience or business focused health care litigation experience (NO MED MAL).

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of complex business litigation experience or business focused health care litigation experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
• JD Degree required. Candidate must be barred in California.
• Excellent academic credentials, oral and written communication skills.

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
