SR. TRANSACTIONAL ATTORNEY – RENO, NV

We are working with a mid-sized law firm that whose practice focuses on business, real estate, eminent domain, tax, financial institutions, trusts, employment, trademark, family law, litigation and appellate practice, and mediation & arbitration. Our client is seeking an experienced attorney with 10 years' transactional experience to join its rapidly growing Reno office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years' transactional experience with emphasis on business, real estate, trust & estate planning.
• Must be barred in both CA and NV.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

COMPENSATION WILL BE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE; BASE SALARY IS FLEXIBLE.
