Corporate (M&A) Attorney – Orange County or Los Angeles 

One of our top law firms is seeking a junior level corporate associate attorney for its Orange County and Downtown Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates will be a 2017-2018 grad with experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing both the buyer and seller in large complex transactions. Prior law firm experience and strong academics are required. Billable requirement is 1850. Once attorneys hit the billable requirement, they will get a $10k bonus. And each additional 100 hours they bill, they will get an additional $10k in bonus.

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
