Labor & Employment Attorney – San Francisco, CA

One of our major AmLaw 100 firm’s is seeking a midlevel associate attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice group in the San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have at least three (3) years’ experience with a demonstrated concentration in labor and employment law.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of labor/employment experience. Prior employment with an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or prior experience in a California appellate or a federal clerkship is highly preferred.
• Significant experience in employment litigation, including class action work. Second chair trial or first chair hearing experience, experience taking and defending depositions, and a background in employment counseling issues is required.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills.
• Must be barred in California.

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
