Commercial Finance Partner– Chicago or Detroit
The Commercial Finance Group of one of our top law firms is seeking an attorney with significant commercial finance experience for its Chicago and Bloomfield Hills (Detroit) offices. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a strong desire, drive and ability to grow their book of business. Firm will provide the resources and tools to assist the candidate in the further development and growth of their business. Billables are 1900.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of commercial finance experience.
  
• Minimum portable book requirement is $100k for junior partners and $300k for more senior partners.
  
• Candidates should possess transactional experience representing financial institutions, mezzanine and subordinated lenders, borrowers and/or non-traditional lenders, such as hedge funds and insurance companies.
  

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
