Estate Planning Attorney – San Diego, CA

We are working with a top law firm that is seeking a 3rd to 6th year associate attorney to support the San Diego Office’s Tax, Benefits and Estate Planning Group. This group focuses on providing tax planning and business structuring for corporations (both public and private), pass-through entities, individuals, trusts and estates.

Billable requirement is 1850. Once attorneys hit the billable requirement, they will get a $10k bonus. And each additional 100 hours they bill, they will get an additional $10k in bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and possible litigation experience in probate court.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• JD is required; LL.M in Taxation Law is highly desired.
• Must be CA barred.

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
