Toxic Tort/Environmental Litigation Attorney – San Francisco, CA

One of our major law firms is seeking a highly motivated Toxic Tort/Environmental Litigation Attorney to join its San Francisco office. Ideal candidates will have mid to senior level experience and those with a portable book of business are also highly encouraged to apply.

Duties include but are not limited to independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, communicating with clients, providing timely reporting, appearing at depositions and working closely with other attorneys and Partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 3-5+ years’ experience handling litigation matters in the areas of habitability/landlord & tenant, toxic tort and environmental litigation.
• Candidates must have credentials from an ABA approved law school, be actively licensed by the California State Bar.
• Solid academic credentials, excellent writing skills and law and motion courtroom experience.

Compensation will be dependent on experience; base salary is flexible.
