Software Support Representative-Onsite
The Software Support Representative will support iSolved HCM modules, including Time, Payroll, HR, and Reporting. This person will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal end-users seeking guidance and assistance to resolve system-related issues. In addition, there are numerous opportunities to play a critical role in projects related to implementations, conversions, enhancements, and process improvements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, system administration, analysis, configuration, report writing, user training, and creating documentation. Software Support Rep. is a service-oriented position and requires the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Today'sHR is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
