BENEFITS/SCHEDULE • Full-time, in-office position. 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday • Base salary with bonus program for top performers. Consideration after 6 months of successful employment. • Health Insurance with a portion covered by Todd Henon Properties • Retirement Plan with company contribution after twelve months of successful employment • Includes weekend and weeknight phone and email monitoring on a rotating basis. • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy • Weekly mentoring, training, and education resources • Reports to Vice President Responsibilities: • Advance: Client and brand digital, print, and visual communications, marketing, advertising, signage, listing presentations, social media, digital and print campaigns, public relations, networking, sponsorships, and events • Graphic design skills preferred • Maximize online marketing to advance products (properties), Team, and Todd Henon Properties brand including Todd Henon Properties website and social media platforms • Attend and maximize property photography and videography sessions, utilizing staging best practices as determined by THP Standards • Plan and execute company-sponsored events • Establish and maintain relationships with real estate industry and marketing professionals/vendors • Assist in converting company-provided leads into sales opportunities • Stay current on local and national real estate market, trends, technologies, and best practices • Embody THP Mission and Core Values, representing company on and off-site Qualifications: • Previous marketing, sales, customer service, or operations experience. • Experience maximizing digital, print, and visual communications to drive and support sales • Real Estate experience a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. • Creates and upholds a positive and consistent, gold-standard Client experience. • Natural innovator, self-starter, problem solver, people lover, and team contributor in a highly dynamic work environment. • Leads by example in integrity, strategic thinking, passion for excellence, and work ethic. • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented team environment in an industry that requires immediacy and accessibility. • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with absolute confidentiality with all Client and company information. • Has remarkable communication skills, both verbal and written, that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and care even in complex scenarios. • Advanced abilities in Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and CRMs. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
