    We’re in search of an organized, Real Estate professional to serve as a Sales Assistant for our productive, full-time Sales Team. Your responsibilities include developing thoughtful sales research, searching for and showing properties, and systematizing information in client databases. In addition, you’ll work with our contracts and client services Teams for a smooth real estate experience for Clients. Applicants should be warm, thorough, and excellent communicators. SCHEDULE • Full-time, in-office position • 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday • Includes weekend and weeknight phone and email monitoring on a rotating basis. Responsibilities: • Effectively support sales functions including determining Client needs, identifying/researching/showing properties, preparing and completing required paperwork, and attending closings • Work alongside internal Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Client Service Teams • Assist in converting company-provided leads into sales opportunities • Initiate frequent, systematic, and substantial Client communications • Research opportunities and provide thoughtful, data-driven information for Clients to make informed decisions • Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals: Realtors, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, etc. • Stay current on local and national real estate market, trends, technologies, and best practices • Participate in weekly Team and Sales Meetings • Creates and upholds a positive and consistent, gold-standard Client experience. Qualifications: • Sales, sales support, administrative, or similar industry experience required. • Real Estate license in TN and GA preferred. If not licensed, agrees to pursue licensure within the first 30 days of employment, expenses paid by Todd Henon Properties. • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. • Maintains active, good standing licensure and completes industry trainings (minimum 1 per quarter). • Natural innovator, self-starter, problem solver, people lover, and team contributor in a highly-dynamic work environment. • Leads by example in integrity, strategic thinking, passion for excellence, work ethic. • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented team environment in an industry that requires immediacy and accessibility. • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with absolute confidentiality with all Client and company information. • Has remarkable communication skills, both verbal or written, that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and care even in complex scenarios • Very comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office, GSuite, and experience with CRM or similar sales tracking system. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
