We have a proven path and will provide you with the models, systems, tools, coaching, training and accountability that ensure success. We need licensed agents who are pursuing real estate to build their personal wealth and fund a lifestyle of financial peace and experiential living. We have leads, open houses, mailings, newsletters, social media marketing, transaction management, listing management, and offer health insurance. Plug yourself in and grow your business to where you want it to be.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch-- This is the path. You will be in production with in 30 days and have 3 deals pending within 12 weeks.
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly -- Just follow the system and they will come.
• Consult with buyers, get buyer agreements signed and find homes -- We will make you a PRO!
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers -- This is the fun part. You will never be alone in this.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology--Super easy. Let's you know what you need to do to make what you want.
• Conduct two open houses monthly -- One PLACE agent did 75 deals in her first year on nothing but open houses! Our system works. Just plug yourself in.
• Participate in weekly script practice -- Games are won and lost on the practice field and we make practice time a blast. You'll be so great and confident you won't be able to wait for the real thing.
• Participate in team activities -- We make sure every event is valuable and fun. You WILL laugh.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call-- This is next level stuff nobody else has.

Qualifications

You have good energy and are motivated to make money to do cool stuff. It's totally fine to be apprehensive and nervous about trying new things but you are a person who pushes through that because you know "outside your comfort zone" is where great things happen. You have some grit about you. You like to get results.

• Team player -- We are a team and a work family and are here to help and support each other
• You have a real estate license -- Really nothing catchy to say here...you gotta have a license.
• Real estate sales experience doesn't matter -- Our systems will be your experience. You be you.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills -- This is a talking and texting sport!
• Learning based, growth-minded -- You like learning things to get results. Homework can be a hassle but the payoff is worth it.
• Organized -- Know where your tools are and how to use them. Don't worry...we give you the whole toolbox and show you how to master everything in it.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues -- You understand you need to know what to say in different situations and will take the time to learn so you can make more money.
• Excellent time management skills -- Be willing to learn the work life balance we will teach you.
