About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Toddler Teacher! We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners, and we're looking for passionate individuals to help shape their early educational experiences.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for toddlers.

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.

Monitor and assess child development and progress.

Foster positive relationships with children and their families.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and activities.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education a plus.

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.

Background check and references required.
