About the Role:

Join Exploring Minds Academy as a Toddler Assistant Teacher and make a meaningful impact on young lives! We are looking for a passionate individual to support our dedicated team in nurturing and developing the minds of our toddlers in a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.

Support daily routines including meals, nap time, and playtime.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or relevant certification preferred.

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
