At Steeplechase, we cultivate an environment that promotes children's growth, learning, and skill development, which is both gratifying and enriching. Teachers are tasked with creating and executing educational activities like storytelling, art projects, and curriculum-based lessons for young children. Ensuring children's well-being and advancement aligns with our standards and complies with the regulations of the Kansas City Department of Education. Upholding respect for children and families, our Teachers maintain a safe, hygienic, secure, and well-equipped learning environment. Failure to meet these standards may jeopardize the safety and welfare of the children under our care.
