About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Toddler Lead Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a fun and engaging environment. We are dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education, and we are looking for passionate educators to help shape the future of our little learners.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for toddlers.

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor and assess children's development and progress.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and activities.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the curriculum and learning experiences.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials.

Engage children in hands-on activities that promote learning through play.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting, is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team.
