🧩 What We’re Looking For
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
CDA (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in early childhood (preferred)
Completion of state‑required pre‑service training
Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing presence
Ability to stay calm, professional, and flexible in a busy school environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety and emergency situations
Meets background check requirements
