$20-$24/hour based on education and experience
What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and Wonder of Learning curriculum
Creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
Building strong relationships with children and families
Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
Maintaining classroom organization and licensing standards
Collaborating with fellow teachers and school leadership
What We're Looking For
We're seeking dependable, energetic educators who:
Have experience working with young children
Are passionate about early childhood education
Communicate effectively with families and coworkers
Work well as part of a team
Have a positive attitude and growth mindset
Meet Colorado licensing requirements for Early Childhood Teachers
Preferred Qualifications
CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework
1+ year of classroom experience
Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
