    Qualifications

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

    CDA preferred

    1–2 years of experience preferred

    Completion of state‑required pre‑service training

    Strong communication skills with children, families, and staff

    Ability to handle classroom responsibilities with professionalism and calm

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (including infant lifting for younger classrooms)

    Must meet background check requirements
