Job Summary We are seeking experienced and energetic candidates with an interest and/or background in working with children, to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative. Responsibilities
Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
Design a daily and weekly schedule
Provide basic care and caregiving activities
Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications
Previous experience working with children
Strong understanding of child development
Patient, kind, and nurturing
Flexible Schedule
Minimum of high school diploma
At least 18 years of age
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
