Full-time, Monday–Friday between 6:30 AM–5:45 PM
(Core working hours: 7:15 AM–5:15 PM)

Provide daily care, comfort, and supervision for toddlers (12–24 months)
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
Complete observations and developmental assessments for each child
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents—both in writing and in person
Maintain a safe, engaging, and loving environment
Lift up to 40 lbs and engage in regular bending, squatting, kneeling, and active movement
Work as part of a collaborative, positive team

High school diploma or higher
CDA preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed child care setting
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Ability to see and hear all children at all time
