Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 1-3 years.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based activities.

Monitor and assess individual children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive and supportive classroom community.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and learning.

Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all children.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA certification or related field preferred but not required if there is experience

At least 1 year Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.

Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a love for children.
