About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a full-time Toddler Teacher! In this nurturing environment, you will inspire and guide toddlers through their early learning journey while fostering a love for exploration and discovery.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers’ developmental needs.

Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Encourage social interaction and emotional development through play-based activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experiences.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Assist with Potty Training

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Potty Training

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Passion for fostering a positive learning environment for young children.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Background check clearance required.
