About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for toddlers.

Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

Engage with children through play-based learning and hands-on activities.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and development.

Monitor and assess children's growth and development milestones.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Assist in Potty Training

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.

Experience in Potty Training

CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
