About the Role:

Little Dreamers Learning Center Inc is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our youngest learners during their most formative years. Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-driven lesson plans for toddlers

Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child

Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding child progress

Supervise toddlers during daily activities, meals, and rest time

Keep accurate developmental records and daily reports for each child

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; CDA credential or early childhood education coursework preferred

Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood education setting

Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and best practices

Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing requirements

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for children

Strong communication and teamwork skills
