What You'll Do
As a Toddler Teacher, you'll help guide our curious, energetic little learners through some of their most exciting developmental milestones!
Create a fun, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
Encourage independence, communication, and social-emotional development
Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities using our Balanced Learning curriculum
Help toddlers learn through music, movement, stories, sensory play, and hands-on exploration
Support daily routines, including meals, diapering, potty training, and nap time
Build positive relationships with children and their families
Work alongside a supportive team to make every day a great one

Have a genuine love for toddlers and all their big personalities
Are patient, energetic, dependable, and positive
Can embrace a little chaos with a lot of love!
Enjoy being creative and making learning fun
Communicate well with families and teammates
Have previous childcare experience (preferred, but not required)
