Developmentally appropriate curriculum is prepared, and teachers have the flexibility to individualize lessons to meet students' educational and physical needs. Support is provided to teachers by an education coach to ensure that teachers feel prepared and confident in implementing the curriculum to meet the needs of the children in the class.
