Young Toddler Teacher Assistant Primrose School of Leesburg Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

About the Role: Primrose School of Leesburg is seeking a nurturing and energetic Toddler Teacher to support children ages 18–24 months in a warm, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

Create a safe, clean, and supportive classroom.

Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.

Support developmental, social-emotional, and motor skill growth.

Build positive relationships with children and families.

Maintain supervision, documentation, and adherence to licensing standards.

Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in required trainings.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required; CDA or ECE coursework preferred.

Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and meet state licensing requirements.
