About Our School:
Tesoro Preschool is a dual language immersion program. We pride ourselves in teaching our little ones a second language (Spanish). In addition, we are proud to say that our program has a strong emphasis in social and emotional learning, academics, and enrichment learning opportunities such as yoga, gardening, and science.

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic co-teacher to join our team! You will be planning and implementing both whole-classroom and small-group instruction.
You are passionate about learning and love working with children. With strong creative and organizational skills, you are able to connect with individual students and develop strong relationships with faculty to create an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers
Provide extra assistance to students with special needs
Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress
Teach social skills to students
Conduct parent teacher meetings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Fluent in Spanish
Ability to pass a state and federal background check
A year of previous teaching experience preferred
High-energy with a love of working with children
Organized and detail-oriented
