The Goddard School is an industry-leading child-care center for children from six weeks to six years. Populates with preset lessons that allows the teachers to focus on student development and relationships
The ability to create your own lessons and activities based upon student development
Assessments populated through simple teacher observation
Weekly lesson planning time outside the classroom

Lead Teachers, with help from their Assistant Teacher (or co-lead), are responsible for ensuring compliance with Goddard's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Lead Teachers write and implement their own lesson plans based on Goddard Developmental Guidelines and monthly school themes. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!
Lead Teacher Qualifications:
Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Prior classroom experience (Preferred, will train)
Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Strong written and communication skills
Assistant Teacher Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Prior childcare experience (Preferred, will train)
Pursuing degree (CDA and Early Childhood Degree partnerships with TEACH Ohio)
Child Care Experience: 1 year (Preferred, will train)
