The Learning Experience is looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do

Create a safe, nurturing, and FUN classroom environment

Implement our L.E.A.P.® curriculum through age-appropriate play and hands-on learning

Support developmental milestones, independence, and social-emotional growth

Build strong relationships with children and families

Keep parents connected to their child’s day and accomplishments

Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets licensing standards

Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Leadership

What We’re Looking For

A genuine love for working with toddlers

Patient, energetic, dependable, and team-oriented

High school diploma or GED required

6+ months of professional childcare experience required

One year or more of experience preferred

Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred

Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
