Location: The Learning Experience – Natick, MA Pay: $24 per hour (based on experience and credentials) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Natick is hiring a caring, energetic Toddler Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our program focuses on providing a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where children build independence, curiosity, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the toddler classroom and ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Build strong, positive relationships with families through consistent communication and daily updates.

Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain classroom excellence and compliance.

Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

ECE certification (required) in Massachusetts.

Minimum 6 months of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers (1+ year preferred).

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
