Toddler Teacher – Join Our TLE Noblesville Family
Do you love the curiosity, energy, and big personalities of toddlers? At The Learning Experience Noblesville, we’re looking for a joyful, patient, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher who believes learning should be fun, hands‑on, and full of heart. If you’re passionate about helping little learners grow their independence, confidence, and social‑emotional skills, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where toddlers feel loved, supported, and excited to explore
Implement TLE’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, bringing learning to life through play‑based activities, early literacy, movement, art, and sensory exploration
Support toddlers as they build independence — from self‑help skills to early problem‑solving
Foster positive social interactions and help children learn to share, communicate, and express their feelings
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care
Maintain a clean, organized, and cheerful classroom that reflects TLE’s bright and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re naturally energetic, patient, and nurturing
You love the toddler stage — the curiosity, the silliness, the big emotions, and the big milestones
You communicate with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
You’re dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
Experience in early childhood education is a plus, but a caring heart and willingness to grow are essential
What TLE Offers You
Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement
A positive, team‑oriented environment where your ideas and voice matter
Paid training, including TLE’s exclusive curriculum and safety practices
Ongoing professional development and leadership support
A workplace where you truly make a difference every single day
Schedule shift would be 9-6PM M-F
Requirements
Previous experience (3-5 years) working with toddlers (ages 1–2 years) in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate classroom practices.
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead a classroom and guide assistant teachers
Maintain a structured, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
Follow daily schedules, routines, and lesson planning requirements based on our proprietary curriculum.
Ready to Grow With Us?
If you’re passionate about helping toddlers learn, laugh, and thrive, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and join a team that believes in joyful learning, strong relationships, and creating a place where children — and teachers — love to be.
