The Learning Experience in Torrance is seeking an energetic joyful and patient Toddler Teacher to guide active little learners as they explore develop independence and grow each day. If you love working with toddlers this is a fun and rewarding role.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm safe and engaging classroom for toddlers ages 12 to 24 months • Support social emotional cognitive and motor development through play based learning • Follow daily routines including meals diapering transitions and learning activities • Use TLE’s award winning LEAP Curriculum to create meaningful hands on lessons • Communicate openly with parents to build strong relationships • Maintain a clean organized and joyful classroom environment

California Requirements

Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements including a minimum of 12 ECE or Child Development units. Infant Toddler units are preferred.
