We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team at Thrive Early Learning Center in Clarksville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children and be a part of a supportive and nurturing work environment.

Responsibilities:

Implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants and toddlers

Responsive caregiving and willingness to learn

Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

Communicating effectively with parents, team members, and administration

Observing and documenting children's development and behavior

Collaborating with other staff members as well as administration to ensure the overall well-being of the children

Requirements:

Previous experience working with toddlers in a professional child care setting

Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare

Background check clearance, physical, drug screening, and 3 professional references

CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain in the first 90 days

Patient, nurturing, and compassionate demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
