Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Engage toddlers in play-based learning activities to enhance social and cognitive skills.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.

Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that encourages exploration and learning.

Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning experience.

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Previous experience working with toddlers in an educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

Willingness to collaborate with a team of dedicated educators.
