Job Description
Todisco Services, Inc. is searching for good people who want to join a team of professionals. We are a full-service towing and transportation company with three locations proudly serving numerous police agencies and hundreds of private clients. This position is for our East Boston and Salem locations.
Daily functions include, but are not limited to:
-Assisting insurance companies with vehicles that have been in accidents
-Assisting customers with vehicles that have been towed
-Explain the insurance process and provide the necessary paperwork for customers who have been in accidents
-Take calls from various police agencies and customers requesting tows
-Contribute to a healthy and clean working environment.
-Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to thrive working in a fun, fast-paced environment
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Excellent team working skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Bilingual is a Plus!
