POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a self motivated Sales Assistant to help scale a world-class go-to-market organization at Toggle; bringing transformative technology and service to the construction industry. You will need to be a planner with the ability to organize and communicate with a team in order to help develop a predictable, forecastable and sustainable sales strategy at Toggle. This is an entry level position and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support Sales Managers in developing and executing the go-to-market playbook to meet Toggle’s commercial targets
• Support preparation of materials for quotes/bids, requests for proposals (RFPs), etc. and provide regular status reports on business development efforts
• Support preparation of sales and marketing collateral to promote Toggle’s services in new markets and sectors
• Interface with production managers and leverage Toggle OS (software operating system) for sales team to manage order pacing to maximize capacity utilization
• Help manager and maintain sales pipeline and analytics
• Manage customers’ expectations appropriately as Toggle’s production capacity scales to meet demand in order to maintain Toggle’s reputation of best-in-class reliability and quality
• Represent the Toggle brand in construction communities and with all potential and existing partners

WHO ARE YOU?

• 1-3 years of Sales Assistant or Sales Development Representative experience
• Extensive knowledge and expertise using CRMs are required, and experience with Hubspot is preferred
• Experience using analytics to identify trends and craft strategies to grow both existing accounts and develop new business

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ALSO HAD

• Prior experience (not required) with AEC and renewables industries and associated subcontractor sales
• Prior experience in the following industries 1. Rebar, concrete, and steel or technology and automation or renewables construction or Infrastructure construction
• Undergraduate degree in Business with Sales and Marketing emphasis or Engineering or Material Sciences
