TOLL is looking for a IMPORT COORDINATOR OCEAN/ AIR to join the SAN FRANCISCO AREA, BURLINGAME, CA Global Forwarding Team! Toll offers its employees competitive pay and excellent benefits!

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day to day operations, for both Ocean/Air Imports.
• Track and trace export ocean/air cargo from departure to arrival
• Data entry, status reports, monitors shipment status. Maintain Job Management WIP/ACRL
• Coordinate cargo movement with Ocean/Air Carriers, and trucking companies
• Receive/Review documents, Bills of Lading, MAWB, HAWB
• Invoicing and cost confirmations for proper Job Management
• Potential cross-training with other departments for experience growth

Qualifications

TECHNICAL

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Cargowise/EDI preferred
• DG Certified a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Preferred 1-3 years relevant experience in Air/Ocean International Trade
• High school diploma or equivalency
