PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Handle day to day operations pertaining to Ocean/Air Export and liaison with Customer Service Department

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day to day operations, for both Ocean/Air Exports
• Update/KPI/Data Compliance/invoicing, auto-rating requirements.
• Track and trace export ocean/air cargo from departure to arrival
• Maintain Job Management WIP/ACRL
• Coordinate cargo movement with Ocean/Air Carriers, and trucking companies
• Receive/Review documents, Bills of Lading, MAWB, HAWB
• Invoicing and cost confirmations for proper Job Management

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-3 years relevant experience in Air/Ocean International Trade
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• CargoWise/EDI preferred
• DG Certified a plus
