Responsibilities:
- Procure parts for all collision center needs
- Create and maintain a working relationship with vendors
- Negotiate to maximize best discounts
- Arbitrate damages to parts we accept in an expeditious manner
- Return all parts not being used in repairs
- Track all returns until credit received
- Resolve all wrong part issues with technicians and notify advisors of delays
- Keep CCC updated with ETA’s, following up routinely on missing parts
- Bill all parts in CCC1 and notate as needed for accounting billing
- Participate in daily production meetings
- Manage parts warehouse and warehouse associate

Your supervisor will be our Collision Center Manager, DeWayne White, who has over 20 years of automotive experience.
