Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is growing! We are looking for a permanent part-time Receptionist, or as we like to call it, Director of First Impressions to join our fun team. We've been rated one of the "Best Companies to Work For" by our employees in the Jacksonville Business Journal!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your mission (if you choose to accept) will include:

• Managing the first impressions of our customers both on the phone and in store
• Communicating the Tom Bush culture to customers
• Assisting in basic filing of paperwork, as needed

• Compensation - $12-$14/hour, depending on experience 
• Great Schedule - Monday, Thursday, Friday 3pm-8pm; Saturday 1pm-6pm.

LOCATIONS:

We are looking for a receptionist for our Blanding Blvd locations - we have BMW and Mazda stores on this side of town.

SUPERVISION:

Your supervisor will be James Latham, our Service Manager, who has been with us for over 10 years!

ATTIRE:

Business casual. Crazy socks encouraged.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must be reliable, well-spoken and energetic!
• Prior automotive / receptionist experience preferred
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
• We maintain a drug-free workplace so all candidates must pass a drug test
