As an ENTRY LEVEL STAFF ACCOUNTANT, you will help our dealership network by obtaining, entering, and maintaining financial data and accounting records by performing your duties in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Commitment: Ensure that our Tom Bush Family of Dealerships run effectively and efficiently by accurately performing accounting duties as assigned within specified deadlines.
• Excellence: Compile and organize documents substantiating business transactions, prepare deposits, account reconciliations, reports and other records quickly and accurately.
• Accountability: Understand and comply with all regulations that impact the accounting department, and perform tasks accurately, fairly and in accordance with local, state and federal statutes, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Dealership experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Basic understanding of excel worksheets and basic accounting skills
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Professional personal appearance

• Compensation – starting rate of $11-$13 per hour
