Our shop is located in Louisville however, we are seeking LICENSED PLUMBERS, HVAC TECHNICIANS AND ELECTRICIANs near Frankfort and surrounding areas. Your daily calls would be focused as close to the Frankfort area as possible.

We have well organized, fully stocked trucks and a parts replenishment program to support our technicians productivity.

COMPENSATION

We provide a high hourly pay for our Technicians and a great weekly incentive plan that gives you the ability to earn hundreds of dollars extra each week based on your performance. With this plan, you will have the ability to earn $70,000 to $100,000 annually. Our pay structure allows for the best of both worlds: having the security of a higher than average hourly wage as well as available overtime paid at time and a half and the incentive program to earn substantial extra pay each week.

TRAINING & EDUCATION

We believe in continual training so, you will receive a minimum of 50 technical and customer service trainings annually, in addition to the FREE CEUS GIVEN in house during regular business hours. We even pay you while you attend the training! The training you receive from us is second to none and will further your career.
