TOM FARMS is a progressive seed corn, commercial corn, and soybean producer located in Leesburg, Indiana, 1 hour from Fort Wayne or South Bend and 2 short hours from Chicago. We are hiring a FULL-TIME EQUIPMENT OPERATOR to join our team.

 EQUIPMENT OPERATOR 

• Operating heavy equipment, tractors, trucks, and combines

• Assisting with spraying, tillage, planting, harvest, seed corn operations, and irrigation management

• Work with a team in a courteous and professional manner.

• Perform warehouse work to include driving loader or forklift

• Maintenance and routine repairs of production equipment

• Lift & load up to 75lbs

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Work additional hours to meet seasonal business demands

• Perform fieldwork and other general farm work, as necessary
