    Job Description

    Using various types of input data – client assessments, client notes, knowledge of coaches’ skills and ability, following up with the client  – the Placement Coordinator will match clients with coaches.   The position will also manage transfer requests and will gain knowledge from requested transfers to build better matching skills.  5% of this position's time will be devoted to testing – based on approval – various ways to improve the matching process. 

    Primary Responsibilities

    1. Connect clients with coaches using Tom Ferry tools- Dashboard,  Omni, SalesForce, Coach Profile, Weekly Tracker
    2. Interview clients for placement.  
    3. Update Salesforce with Placement or Transfer information. 
    4. Handle client placement/transfer requests in a timely fashion.  Will – on occasion – arrange and schedule client/ coach interviews. 
    5. Serves as main point of contact for Coach Availability Log. Maintains accuracy and updates log daily.
    6. Successfully uses knowledge gained from transfer requests to improve matching skills.
    7. Alerts Coach Mentors and VP Coaching Services of trends both positive and negative to the matching process by specific coach.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree; or minimum three years’ relevant experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Other Skills and Abilities

    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
    • Must be able to collaborate effectively to obtain desired results
    • Must be able to manage, organize and update relevant data using CRM software system (Salesforce) and corporate website
    • Must be organized, punctual and responsible
    • Ability to exercise judgment and work independently

    Computer Skills

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including intermediate to advanced skills with Excel.  Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus.
