    If you answered yes, then Tom Ferry could be your next home. We are looking for dynamic, experienced closers who - by using a consultative approach - sell coaching programs to Real Estate agents and Brokers/Managers and help them identify ways to grow their businesses.

    • In addition to receiving leads, you will also be making prospecting calls and setting your own appointments
    • You’ll conduct consultations with Real Estate Professionals, Loan Officers, Mortgage Originators and Title Reps
    • And you’ll use Salesforce to keep call logs, take notes, etc.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus

    How You Will Be Compensated:

    • The salary for this role is a base plus commission/bonus structure. Average potential income as a consultant could be $100K yearly.
    • PTO - 15 days
    • 10 major company paid holidays per year plus a birthday holiday
    • Health, Dental and Vision Benefits (TOMFERRY will contribute 85% of the employee-only HMO medical, dental and vision premium at base-HMO plan rates.)
    • 401K opportunity with employer contribution
    • Two weeks of training and ongoing professional development
