    We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of general human resources experience. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible to perform and assist HR-related duties and help us grow our real estate sales team. Responsibilities: PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: • Be the Initial point of contact for employee inquiries/issues. • Support operations with benefits, bi-weekly payroll, and vacation management. • Onboarding process of new hires and off-boarding/exit interviews. • Assisting departments with performance reviews. • Maintain accurate record keeping of all employees and sales team. • Review and update job descriptions as needed. • Maintain policies and procedures to keep up with regulations. • Assist the Leadership team in retention. ASSIST GROWTH MANAGER IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS INCLUDING: • Responsible for identifying, prequalifying, and setting appointments with candidates to join as team members within the sales team, insides sales team, and support staff. • Managing hiring, follow-up, and interviewing processes to nurture candidates and providing leadership with appropriate deliverables and insights. • Utilization and continued development of lead pillars, follow-up systems, video usage, CRM management, retention systems to keep potential team members engaged, AND to keep team members with TTSG. • Develop and maintain expert knowledge about recruiting practices and trends inside and outside of the real estate industry. • A clear understanding of TTSG value propositions, points of difference, and onboarding programs to effectively communicate to potential candidates. Qualifications: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: • Associate’s degree in HR or related field and/or 1-3 years of HR experience • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred • Excellent customer service • Strong organizational skills  • Attention to detail Compensation: $50,000+incentives
