This Customer Service Team Member position includes customer engagement primarily via phone and email. Resolving problems, explaining insurance concepts clearly, developing quotes, providing policy options, servicing accounts, managing billing issues and meeting other needs are all in a day's work for our team.

For the applicant: Both an inherent desire to help people while playing a critical role on your team are essential. Both strong organization and communication with your team are a must.

The applicant ideally is licensed in both Property & Casualty in Colorado. (However, we will pay for your licensing fees and exams if you are not currently licensed).

We are searching for someone with:

· Proven customer relationship experience and a natural enthusiasm for helping meet customer’s needs.

· Proactive customer engagement skills using a problem-solving mindset.

· Computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as the ability to learn our software.

· Time-management, self-organization, task-management and verbal/written communication skills.

COMPENSATION:

ü Salary is dependent upon experience (ranges from $35k to $55k+)

ü 8 Paid Holidays annually
